Registration for America’s Cup is now closed. We look forward to seeing our teams here on Friday!
Update: on March 10th the tournament was not yet full, so we’ll keep accepting teams on a first-come-first-serve basis untill the tournament is full. We had 10 teams registered on March 10th; we’ll structure the tournament to a format that makes sense for the number of teams that are interested (if only 12, 2 prelim rounds then break to semis; if we get up to 16, we will run the original format).
Step 1: Complete team registration here. Every team should submit this only once. You must complete this form by March 10th at 11:59pm PST. On March 15th, we will notify you of your status. If the tournament is under-subscribed, we will accept all applications and potentially re-open registration. If the tournament is oversubscribed, we’ll make decisions on who to accept based on the criteria in the registration policy and communicate our decisions to you. You will get an email from us on March 15th either way.
Step 2: Have your judge complete judge registration here. Every team should bring a judge with them. If you are having trouble finding a judge, let us know and we will help you out! Your judge needs to do this by March 14th at 11:59pm PST. If you have questions, please email the America’s Cup convenor, Emily Hu, at firstname.lastname@example.org
